Your reality is created by your "beliefs." These beliefs, usually subconscious, are often the result of lifelong "programming," and represent a powerful influence on human behavior. It is from our beliefs that we form attitudes about the world and ourselves, and from these attitudes we develop behaviors. Usually, it is self-defeating behaviors we wish to change. Often the most effective way to change a behavior is to change the belief or beliefs that support it. PSYCH-K provides a variety of ways to quickly identify and transform beliefs that "sabotage" you into beliefs that "support" you.

This may include past traumas, unhealthy habits, phobias and limiting beliefs. We will work together to identify those limitations and release them. I am an international Transformational Life Coach and Advanced Psych-K Practitioner with over 20 years experience in helping others in Health and Well-being. I am here to help you achieve the results you have been dreaming of.
A Psych-K session with me is over the telephone. Our first session may take up to an hour as you may be new to Psych-K and I will want to explain the process as we go through it. The second session can range in time depending on what shows up as priority to be transformed in that session.
